April 19, 2010 – Toyota announced another safety recall today, this time for its 2010 Lexus GX 460. The recall will include about 9,400 vehicles and is the result of malfunctioning vehicle stability control systems designed to help control a loss of traction during turns.

Recalled vehicles will be given software updates that are expected to correct the problem. Consumer Reports recently listed the vehicle as a “don’t buy” because, according to their research, the vehicle may be prone to rolling over in certain conditions.
